The Villager Cafe is a new community and food hub in Midcoast Maine. It’s a coffee spot, grab-and-go breakfast standby, events space, and long lunch hang.
Partner with the Midcoast Villager on community events, rent the space for private gatherings, or use our team to cater your own parties.
You can also order ahead to cater work lunches, family gatherings, and more.

Please note:
Renting the space without any extra support costs $500. That will be waived when planning a larger gathering.
Private events in-house will require servers.
1 server or bartender per 10 guests at $30 hour for the duration of your event plus 2 additional hours for set up/clean up. If a chef is required, a fee of $50/hour will apply for the duration of your event.
We are closed Monday & Tuesday – orders required on these days will have an additional $150 fee to cover kitchen prep.
Credit cards will be taken to place orders. Charges will be processed morning of & orders should be picked-up by 8am.
If order is canceled within 48 hours – 50% of the invoice will be charged to the card
Please place orders 48 hours in advance – large orders need to be booked 72 hours in advance or as early as possible.
If last minute orders are requested within 48 hours, expect a 15% rush fee.
