Servers

The Villager Cafe is looking for a mix of full time and part time staff—warm, genuine and hospitality-minded people to join our team. Serving breakfast & lunch with occasional evening events.

  • Hourly pay $12-16 plus tips, average of $15-20+ per hour

  • Full & part-time positions available

  • Weekday and weekend availability

  • Morning (7am-1pm) and midday shifts (12pm-6pm), some evening special events

This is a counter-service position rooted in full-service hospitality values. While guests order at the counter, our service style goes beyond transactions. We create a welcoming space where people feel recognized, comfortable and cared for.

The right person for this role is naturally friendly, attentive and takes pride in making others feel at home. Our team is the heart of the guest experience and sets the tone for the entire cafe.

    Physical Requirements

    • Standing for extended periods

    • Reaching and bending

    • Lifting up to 25 lbs

    • Standard FOH cleaning at the end of a shift

    Experience Preferred

    • F&B experience (cafe, restaurant, bar, coffeehouse or catering)

    • Event catering a plus

    • POS familiarity
